 Volunteer Gravestone Restoration

North Adams is home to a very old cemetery, the Hillside Cemetery on West Main/State Road. Many of the gravestones have been beat up over time and a volunteer crew has formed to help preserve these important parts of our past. 

A particular challenge is lifting these heavy stones, to over come we custom built a 10 ton capable tripod!
